This antique cross-stitch textile from the Art Nouveau period features fine glossy satin stitching of repeating lily pad motifs on a very dark indigo blue cotton fabric. It's in excellent condition, measuring approximately 26.5 inches (67 cm) in width and 21.5 inches (55 cm) in height. The textile is intact, with salvaged left and right borders and the top and bottom cut well beyond the end of the designwork.
