This boy's plain silk miyamairi kimono was designed for a ceremonial Shinto shrine blessing. The red-haired Noh theater character on it was crafted using yuzen-dyeing, painting, couching, and gold foil highlights. It's in very good condition, with foxing on the inner lining and a few other minor imperfections. It measures 32 inches (81 cm) from sleeve-end to sleeve-end and stands 33 inches (84 cm) in height.
