This antique dounuki showcases a remarkable blend of shibori and yuzen dyeing. The bold shibori pattern adorns a very fine silk, while the yuzen and embroidery work embellish a thicker, darkly-dyed chirimen (crepe) silk. Despite being in good condition, there is noticeable staining on the upper back, extending through to the inner lining, as shown in the detailed image. The pricing reflects this staining. Its measurements are approximately 49 inches from sleeve-end to sleeve-end and 60 inches in height (124 cm x 152 cm).
